"Bringing You A Taste of Japan: A Seafood Spectacle" traveled to Cebu City, a meticulously curated dinner event designed to showcase the excellence of Japanese seafood and products in the Filipino market. Held at Kazuwa Prime in NUSTAR Resort Cebu, this unique experience promised an unparalleled culinary journey featuring the finest Japanese seafood, sake, and confectionery.
Through this event, the Japan External Trade Organization aims to deepen the Filipino audience's appreciation for Japanese seafood, while highlighting its quality and diversity, especially in Cebu and other regions of the Philippines. Collaborating with Kazuwa and Hightower, the five-course dinner celebrated Japanese seafood's exceptional qualities, creating a vibrant platform for cultural exchange and gastronomic exploration.

The Japan External Trade Organization, or JETRO, is a Japanese government-related organization that develops mutual trade and investment between Japan and the rest of the world. One of their primary objectives in the Philippines is to promote Japanese cuisine and create a fruitful relationship between the neighboring countries.
Each course highlighted top-tier Japanese ingredients such as fresh seafood and sweets, all expertly paired with premium beverages from Japan. Developed in collaboration with Kazuwa's culinary team, the menu created a relaxed yet upscale ambiance, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the richness of Japanese cuisine and its cultural heritage.
